Please don't let down the frightened Yorkie!
Recently, untrue and unproved statements in the commercial medias and unfortunately also in specialist books occur: in frightening situations, one shouldn't give the dog any kind of caring, because allegedly, this would confirm and even support the Yorkie's fear... Dear Yorkie friends: this isn't true at all! Thank God that there will be hardly any Yorkie holder who leaves his dog alone in such frightening situations, as on New Year's Eve for example... How to get my Yorkie housetrained?
For many holders, this is problem no 1! If there existed a specialized book on that, it surely would be a best- seller. But, there isn't one ! Please don't despair if this getting housetrained takes a few weeks ore even more - in most cases, perceptible impatience for your part will achieve the exact opposite. Sometimes, your little friend will even lead you on; he shows you, that he wants to get out, even if isn't true.
